Kuprava"s case - lawyer speaks about political persecution and illegal imprisonment

The founder of the Law Enforcement Reform Center remains in administrative custody.

According to his attorney, the first instance court is going to send the case to the court of appeal to prevent Kuprava`s supporters from appealing against the decision of the city court.

The lawyer thinks Zviad Kuprava is an illegal prisoner.
