The officers of the Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance have detained two persons on the charge of misappropriation of state property.

It was established that the defendants rigged the documents confirming ownership of the property and used them to seize 11 000 m2 and 13 000 m2 land plots located on the territory of Zugdidi municipality
