According to the attorney of the accused, who is charged with the murder of Dadunashvili, the defence side will try to prove partially innocence of the defendant. According to the lawyer of the accused in the murder of Dadunashvili, he is asking for the article of the attempted murder instead of the premeditated murder and is going to apply to foreign experts.

As for the attorney of the accused in the attempted murder of Levan Saralidze, Tariel Kakabadze said that the Prosecutor"s Office did not investigate the case objectively.

"This is a recognition that prosecutors have not been able to investigate it properly,"- said Tariel Kakabadze.
