Court to discuss preventive measures for woman detained for attempted murder of Irakli Nozadze

Preventive measures for Tatia Janjgava, detained on the charge of wounding one of the members of the group "Street Boys" Irakli Nozadze, will be discussedby the Court today. She is accused of attempted murder.

The lawyer of the detainee demands release of a young woman in exchange for a bail of 5 thousand GEL, and the Prosecutor"s Office will demand inprisonment.

Janjgava is threatened with imprisonment from 7 to 15 years. The lawyer visited her in the preliminary detention isolator late last night.

The court will discuss the case of one more detainee, Natia Topuria, who is charged with not revealing the crime.
