The Ministry of Internal Affairs has canceled another tender won by the company of Petre Devrishadze who was   accused of espionage in favor of Russia.

"The Ministry of Internal Affairs has canceled the tender in which Petre Devrishadze"s company won based on price," - the information was posted on the website of the Procurement Agency shortly.

According to the information available at this stage, Devrishadze"s company will not be able to participate in the tender announced for the procurement of police officers.

The Devrishadze Company, who was convicted for espionage, won the tenders permanently in the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Internal Affairs since 2012. The scandalous information was revealed by the Studio Monitor and then the "Saturday Courier".

In total, Devrishadze"s company received more than 4 million lari through state procurement.

Three days after scandalous news, Devrishadze spread information about winning of the new tender. However, the website of the Procurement Agency indicated that the tender was over, but now the selection process was underway. The person charged with espionage in favor of Russia has appeared in front of cameras for the first time.

"My company, of course, won based on the price, but that does not mean that I have won.Now a selection-grading stage is underway. Many documents have to be submitted if all these qualifications are passed, then the tender committee demands the expertise conclusion. If all this goes well, it does not matter whether Petre Devrishadze will win or else, "- said Devrishadze.

In a few minutes after the interview, it was announced that the Gakharia`s Agency canceled the procurement tender.
