Open Government Partnership - a two-day global summit opened in Tbilisi

The fifth global summit of the OGP will be held from July 17 to 19 with a participation of officials from 20 local governments.
The Summit participants will discuss the results of the "Open Governance Partnership" and discuss existing challenges.

"More than 2000 reformers gathered here today from different countries to share their experiences with each other. Today we will discuss how to work together to defeat corruption and use more funds for schools and hospitals. We will particularly focus on the strengthening of civil society," said Paul Massen, Chief Operating Officer for OGP.
