Miners have gathered on the site of a tragedy,near the Mindeli"s shaft. One of the reasons for the tragedy is the negligence.

There is a version that a planned explosion for the purpose of coal mining and workers were not warned. Another version states that the tragedy was caused by accumulation of methane gas in the tunnel.

The miners say that in the Mindeli shaft, where four people were killed and six were injured, the previous shift did not work because of the danger of explosion.

The miners say that the equipment placed on the ground does not examine the gas leven, it controls the staff.

Due to safety norms, all the mines in Tkibuli are sealed.

Tkibuli residents protest the sealing of the shaft, which is the only employment opportunity.

According to them, shafts should continue to work.
