Seven individuals, who have been detained as a result of a tragedy in the Tkibuli Shaft are officially charged. They are in the main division of Kutaisi Police.

The detainees" defenders have not received the case material yet.

"They have not yet been charged. We will receive the case materials when they will be officially charged,"- Mamuka Chabashvili said.
