The court will take a decision on preventive measures for the founder and general director of the company Sveti. Givi Jibladze and Tornike Janelidze do not recognize the accusation. The investigation accuses them of illegal seizure of millions belonging to the clients. The attorney will appeal to the court for the release on bail.

"The defendants themselves have this position and I have been asked to voice that they are the victims of corruption in the interests of high-ranking officials of this country," says Attorney Valeri Gelbakhiani.
