Levan Khipiani"s lawyer makes a statement and says that they are going to sue Zaza Okuashvili for degrading treatment.

"We prepare a suit which should be filed against Mr Okuashvili regarding damaging of honor and business reputation of Mr Levan Khipiani and a complaint against Mr. Okuashvili due to fraud, ,"- says the lawyer Shalva Khachapuridze.

Shalva Khachapuridze expresses his distrust to a conclusion of the London Expert Bureau, which confirms the authenticity of the record.

The Former minister of sports was being interrogated at the Tbilisi Prosecutor"s Office for 6 hours yesterday on the episode of the state racket and withdrawal of four million GEL from TBC bank.

He left the Prosecutor"s Office late at night without comments.
