The decision of the Appeals Board regarding the case of the International Black Sea University should be known today.

Apparently today, the Appellate Board will decide whether or not the decision of the Authorization Council will be changed.

The attorneys hope that due to the outstanding debt, the Appeals Board will share their complaint and return the issue to the Council of Authorization for review.

The authorization council has suspended to the Black Sea International University for one year the right to accept new students. The reason named was the university debt .

If the university"s demand for the cancellation of the board is not satisfied, the lawyers plan to appeal the decision in the city court.

"The Appellate Board has the authority to judge how legitimate was the decision of the Authorization Council of higher education institutions. Although it does not have the authority to change the decision, it can indicate that the decision was illegal.
