The Prosecutor"s Office has charged three senior officials of the former government on the fact of preparing murder of businessman Badri Patarkatsishvili. According to Courieri, the former senior officials of the CSD - Levan Kardava, Revaz Shiukashvili and Giorgi Merebashvili were charged.

The Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia put under question the investigation of Scotland Yard, which investigated the case 10 years ago and found that Patarkatsishvili died of a heart attack and the murder was not carried out.
