Giorgi Merebashvili was sentenced to two months of pre-trial detention for preparing Badri Patarkatsishvili"s murder today. Two defendants attended the trial.

Giorgi Merebashvili and Revaz Shiukashvili do not admit the charges. They say that the main purpose of the Prosecutor"s Office is pre-election speculation.

The defendants noted at the trial that the records spread by the Prosecutor"s Office are falsified and the results of the expertise are distrust.
