Mariam Raminashvili defeated the Ministry of Education in the first instance court. Former director of the 53rd public school was appealing against Tamar Sanikidze"s decision on her release on April 7, 2014. Audit report was named as the official reason for release, but Raminashvili herself claimed that the motive was political. According to the decision of the court, Mariam Raminashvili was dismissed unlawfully and the court ordered to pay 20 000 GEL to her as compensation.
