Georgian citizens living in Germany speak about artificial problems related to the registration for the second round of elections.

Emigrants contacted "Curier". According to them, the named problem was identified as the software defect, due to which they automatically were left out of elections.

"I live in Germany, I wanted to register but was told that the program had a shortcoming and today we were told that it is too late and they can not pass the voter lists to the CEC ," says emigrant Valery Gvarjaladze.
