The Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court may appeal to the Hague Court with the request of detention - Tea Tsulukiani is expecting charging of the August war 2008 participants. This scandalous statement was made by the Justice Minister live on Imedi TV. According to Tsulukiani, the prosecutor will make decision on individual persons and the Georgian government will not be represented as a party.
