The strictest verdict of the jurors - jurors found guilty in all the charges Malkhaz Kobauri accused of killing three members of the Smiths family in the Khaduri gorge.
Twelve jurors had been discussing the verdict for four hours in the consultation room. They used full time. The 19-year-old shepherd was charged with especially brutal murder of three persons in order to cover other crimes.
The offense envisages from 16 to 20 years or life imprisonment. The final verdict will be delivered by the judge on March 27.
The defense does not share jurisdiction verdicts. The family calls the decision unfair.
