Distribution of personal life records of MP Eka Beselia - detained Mirian Mzhavanadze should be sentenced to prevented measure today.
The Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia demands 5 thousand GEL bail.According to the detainee"s lawyer, the video footage was sent to Mzhavanadze and the material was uploaded on Youtube, without intention. The lawyer does not exclude that a person who had provoked an 18-year-old teenager and sent the footage has links with the law enforcement agencies.
Mirian Mzhavanadze was detained by law enforcers several days ago. An 18-year-old teenager is accused illegal keeping and use of personal information.
