Violence towards Juvenile - Attorney of Detained Policeman to Appeal Decision of Rustavi City Court

Accusation of Violence towards Juvenile - Kote Kochishvili`s lawyer will appeal against imprisonment as a preventive measure for the detained policeman.
Lawyer Giorgi Goginava said the detained law enforcer is innocent. According to him, the decision made by the Rustavi court is groundless. The lawyer demands a bail for the police.
"We are going to appeal the decision of Rustavi City Court because we do not agree with the detention as a preventive measure, because there is no formal or factual basis for use of detention and we request a lighter preventive measure, namely bail, - said George Goginava.
