Decisions taken at court hearings will become public -Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court considered the concealing decisions made at open court hearings as unconstitutional. Before that the in case of withdrawal of public information, personal information had not been directly accessible to the plaintiff and the applicant.
The court accepted the appeal of the Media Development Foundation and Institute for Development of Freedom of Information. According to the Constitutional Court, the acts of the Court belong to the type of information in the public institution the availability of which is of greater public interest.
" Public access to the Court decisions is very important for social control, the increase of public confidence, legal security and the right to a fair trial and the protection of the constitutional interests, "- pointed the Constitutional Court.
