Soso Bajelidze and Tsotne Tsotniashvili, protesters of the rally of June 20 were accused to the group abuse and sentenced to the pretrial detention. The process has recently ended.
The lawyer of Tsotne Tsotniashvili says that his client is innocent.
According to the prosecutor Giorgi Mukbaniani, there are enough evidences to prove the criminal actions of the defendants.
