At 14:00 Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer will file a statement against Okruashvili at the Prosecutor"s Office.

The Defenders of Khalvashi"s interests informed Rustavi 2 about it. The lawyer Nino Barachashvili will deliver the statement.

The second day after the decision of the Strasbourg Court on the Rustavi 2 case the former Minister of Defense filed a statement against Rustavi 2"s new owner in Tbilisi City Court. Irakli Okruashvilistates that the TV company is his property.
