Interviews with candidates for judges continues in the Supreme Council of Justice. Non-judge members still talk about the violations. Nazi Janezashvili speaks about one of the candidates, Levan Tevzadze and accuses him of being close to the clan and acting in agreement with them.

According to Janezashvili, Tevzadze is the brother of one of the members of the Council Irakli Shengelia"s wife who participates in interviewing contestants.

"All together demonstrates that he has turned the judicial system into the family business. It shows that we have a very serious problem in the system. In addition to clan rule, we face nepotism and cronyism. Everyone can guess who will be on the list of 20 people, "Nazi Janezashvili said.

Levan Tevzadze, the Chairman of the Criminal Case Chamber of Tbilisi Court of Appeals says that Irakli Shengelia has already made explanations. According to him, the law does not limit his participation in this process.
