Germanwings Airlines canceled about 170 flights due to a flight attendant strike.

First, the company canceled 35 flights, then 54, now 170. This means that Germanwings will be able to complete only 7% of the planned flights, the agency quoted the representative of the union. The strike, as expected, will last from December 30 to January 2.

Germanwings is a subsidiary of Lufthansa. The conflict between the UFO and Lufthansa has been going on for several years.

About 1 500 flights were canceled in November due to the protest called for by the UFO. The strike affected about 200 000 passengers.
