Around 30 protesters have been arrested in Iran who took to the streets after authorities admitted that a Ukrainian plane that crashed outside Tehran was accidentally hit by an Iranian missile.

Shooting down of Ukraine International Airlines flight 752 on January 8, killing all 176 people on board, has led to one of the greatest public challenges to Iran’s clerical rulers since they came to power in the Islamic Revolution of 1979.
