Imereti Police solved 6 facts of stealing- two persons detained

Police detained two persons: several times convicted in past and currently on probation -R.Ch. (DoB 1986) and Kh.J. –previously convicted for swindle and theft and currently on probation as well. Committed crime envisages from 3 to 10 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that detainees robbed 5 houses in Tkibuli from April to May of the current year as well as the blacksmith workshop.

Police seized the stolen items as evidence. Both of the detainees have already pleaded guilty.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of theft committed by persons with multiple convictions which has caused a substantial damage, article 177 II part, sub-paragraph “A”, part III, sub-paragraph “C” and part IV, sub-paragraph “C” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
