The former Minister of Georgia Bacho Akhalaia was found guilty. The judge convicted him to 7 years and 6 months of the prison. Bacho Akhalaia had been accused in the case of Girgvliani and torture of the Prisoners. The judge found that Mr. Akhalaia is not guilty in the episode of the abuse of Power. Bacho Akhalaia himself wasn"t attending the trial.

Megis kardava has been convicted to 7 years and 6 months. Giorgi Mazmiashvili and Levan Qardava will spend 11 years in jail.

The lawyer says that he will appeal against the verdict.
