James Bond actor Sean Connery passes away at 90

Veteran actor Sean Connery, who was the first actor play the role of the James Bond in films, passed away on October 31. He was 90.

Sean featured in seven James Bond films including “Dr. No”, “You Only Live Twice” and “Diamonds Are Forever”. Connery was awarded the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performance in The "Untouchables" in 1988.

He was also the recipient of two BAFTA Awards and three Golden Globes Awards.
