Tbilisi City Hall starts the rehabilitation works of Merab Kostava Memorial House-Museum. The museum was established in 1991 at the initiative of the first president of Georgia, Zviad Gamsakhurdia.

It is located at 1 Zandukeli Street, where the national hero of Georgia Merab Kostava was born and worked until the end of his life.

According to the project, as a result of the implementation of the works, the authenticity of the house museum will be preserved, and the infrastructure will be renewed. The work will last for 18 months.
