Lyudmila Denisova may leave the post of Ombudsman. Now the question of her dismissal should be considered by the parliamentary committee, and after that it will be submitted to a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.

People’s deputies collected the necessary number of signatures to express no confidence in the Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova. This was announced by the speaker of the Servant of the People Yulia Paliychuk.

Lyudmila Denisova has been in this position since March 15, 2018, replacing the then MP from the Popular Front Valeria Lutkovskaya.
