The President of Ukraine has imposed sanctions on Bidzina Ivanishvili and 19 people related to him.

“We cannot lose anyone in this region - neither Georgia, nor Moldova, nor Ukraine, we must stand together against Moscow. Recently I signed a decree on the implementation of the relevant decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

These sanctions are directed against the segment of the current government of Georgia that will hand over the country to Putin. This is what we are talking about in the ongoing protests in Georgia. We call on Europe, US and the whole world to do the same - to act decisively and principled”, - said Volodymyr Zelensky.
