The Committee reviewed the information submitted by other Committees regarding the mandatory attendance of officials and the hearing of officials at Committee sittings. As per the submitted document, none of the Committees have decided to invite officials to Committee sittings during the reporting period of October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

Additionally, none of the Factions or Political Groups have mandated the attendance of officials. Furthermore, none of the officials specified under paragraph 1, Article 40 of the Rules of Procedure, have approached the Committees with appeals regarding attendance during the reporting period.

In accordance with the Rules of Procedure, the Committee will scrutinize and introduce the outcomes of the aforementioned information within a three-month timeframe. The Committee’s conclusion will be submitted to the Bureau.
