With the support of the International Visegrad Fund (IVF), the development of a practical guide/manual has been completed within the framework of the ongoing project at the Energy Training Center, titled “Sharing the Experience of the Visegrad Countries on the Regulation of Utility Services”. The document addresses the regulation of the electricity, natural gas, and water supply sectors, targeting individuals interested in the regulation of utility services.

The manual provides relevant explanations to frequently asked questions about utility services and offers an in-depth analysis of regulatory issues. It includes clarifications on various pertinent topics and the latest regulatory trends.

Starting from February 2024, with the support of the International Visegrad Fund, the Energy Training Center under the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission is implementing a project titled: “Sharing the Experience of the Visegrad Countries on the Regulation of Utility Services”.
