
Prospects of deepening cooperation between Georgia and the OSCE were discussed in a meeting between the President of Georgia and the Secretary General of the Organization.
Mikheil Kavelashvili and Feridun Sinirlioğlu discussed the current situation in the South Caucasus and the challenges facing Georgia, focused on the situation in Georgia’s Russian-occupied territories.
The President thanked OSCE Secretary General for his unwavering support for Georgia’s territorial integrity, emphasized the role of the OSCE in the process of peaceful resolution of the conflict. Kavelashvili expressed Georgia’s support for peace and stability in the South Caucasus region and readiness to continue to contribute to the process in the future.
