As a result of operational measures and investigative actions carried out by the employees of Adjara Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a Chinese citizen S.F., born in 1988, was arrested on charges of providing lodging to prostitution.

The committed crime envisions up to 4 years of imprisonment.

As a result of undercover operational-investigative measures carried out on the basis of a judge"s ruling, it was established that the accused person systematically provided lodging to prostitution in a massage parlor in Batumi to women involved in prostitution in exchange for a certain amount of money.

The police arrested S.F. as a defendant on the basis of a judge`s ruling.

The investigation is underway under Article 254 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
