The President of Georgia is on an official visit to the Republic of Armenia. Mikheil Kavelashvili will hold high-level meetings with the President and Prime Minister of the country. He will also meet with Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II.

At the moment, the first official meeting of the visit is taking place at the Presidential Palace of Armenia.

Before that, an official welcoming ceremony was held at the Palace. The anthems of Georgia and Armenia were played, after which the Presidents moved to the cabinet, to the meeting room.
