Yet, in Georgia, the same German Government funds groups that do exactly the same - deny the legitimacy of the elected Government, set up parallel structures, boycott decisions, obstruct law enforcement, and claim Georgia is ruled by an occupying force. This is happening simultaneously - on the same planet", - writes Shalva Papuashvili.
