Anri Okhanashvili, Head of the State Security Service of Georgia [SSSG], met with Ali Kaan Orbay, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkiye to Georgia.

The meeting focused on reviewing the robust partnership between Georgia and Turkiye in the field of security, as well as exploring opportunities to deepen strategic cooperation in this vital area.

Officials underlined regional security challenges and explored potential solutions to address them effectively.

The Ambassador congratulated Anri Okhanashvili on his appointment as Head of the SSSG and extended his best wishes for success in his future endeavours.
