The services of LLC “Georgian Amelioration” are available at the Public Service Hall (PSH). Starting today, these new services are offered at all 124 PSH branches and in mobile Public Service Halls.

The Chairman of the Public Service Hall, Vakhtang Zhvania, and the Chairman of GNERC (Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission), David Narmania, observed the delivery of newly implemented services at the central Public Service Hall in Tbilisi.

As a result of this project, the process of receiving LLC “Georgian Amelioration” services will be significantly simplified, and the service area will cover the entire territory of the country.

Through the Public Service Hall, customers can now submit applications to “Georgian Amelioration” requesting: registration as a subscriber; verification of charges; personal information from transaction history; debt rescheduling; on-site inspection of technical quality of supply; reporting frequent supply interruptions; on-site inspection of measuring devices; suspension or restoration of water supply.

It is worth noting that services from nearly 30 companies operating in the energy sector are available at the Public Service Hall.
