When Georgia faced artificial obstacles on its path to European integration, Hungary was the country that did its utmost to support Georgia’s EU integration – Kobakhidze

When Georgia faced artificial obstacles on its path to European integration, Hungary was the country that did its maximum to support Georgia’s European integration. Such a statement the Prime Minister of Georgia made at a joint press conference with his Hungarian counterpart, Viktor Orban.

“I would like to thank you very much for your warm hospitality in Hungary, and I want to thank you even more for the strong and unwavering support, which is greatly appreciated by the Georgian people. Hungary is and remains a very strong supporter of our sovereignty and territorial integrity.

No less important for us is the support we receive from Hungary, personally from you Mr Prime Minister, and from the Hungarian government on Georgia’s EU integration path”, - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
