The meeting was attended by Public Service Hall leadership along with Levan Vepkhvadze, Executive Director of the Business Association, Soso Pkhakadze, President of the Association, and representatives from the business sector.

The target segment for “Business Assistant” includes businesses that require continuous access to government services and enhanced capabilities. The project fosters more simplified and convenient cooperation between the public and private sectors.

The Public Service Hall is the first public agency to implement the exclusive “Business Assistant” project for the business sector, tailored to the specific needs and features of businesses. The “Business Assistant” project is already operational and currently serves up to 20 major companies operating in Georgia.

“Business Assistant” offers users comprehensive remote legal consultations, a dedicated space at the Central Public Service Hall in Tbilisi, and on-site services at preferred addresses across the city.
