Georgian Dream`s current approval rating is higher than it had been ahead of the 2024 parliamentary elections. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia.

"As for the local elections, our approval rating today is higher than it was before the [2024] parliamentary elections.

If we received 54% back then, we can get more now. In such a situation, the opposition is absolutely doomed.

We will win in all 64 municipalities - both in mayoral and council races. They simply don`t know what to do anymore.

“On one hand, they`re reluctant to give up the two or three seats they might still win in the councils. On the other hand, they clearly see that they’re heading toward total defeat. That`s why we`re seeing all this internal conflict within the opposition. And that`s a good thing - the key point is that the opposition is completely disbanded and broken", - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
