Prime Minister of Georgia said that while the Government was focused on the development of the country and it`s capital Tbilisi, the opposition was entirely engaged in "sabotage".
Thus he responded a question concerning a statement by Boris-Chele Kuria [member of the Girchi - More Freedom], about the opposition`s failed attempt to stage a revolution.
"It is good that we often hear such admissions. This is one more confirmation that the opposition was, in fact, involved in an attempt to stage a revolution. There was nothing else behind what we witnessed following the parliamentary elections - it was clearly an attempt to stage a revolution, and it failed.
Unfortunately, they had some degree of external support in that effort, but despite this, their attempt was unsuccessful - and that is essential for the continued development of our country. We are concentrating on how our country and our capital should move forward. Meanwhile, opposition is entirely focused on sabotage. That is their approach - and that is precisely why the public does not trust them", - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
