Eighteen heads of 36 psychotropic pharmacies are have been charged due to illegal business activity .
Finance Ministry"s investigative department revealed that in order to get a large amount of revenue, 36 pharmacies located in Georgia were selling psychotropic drug without a prescription systematically and without any control . With which they were promoting so-called "Pharmacy drug addiction" and threatened human life and health.
The investigation continues under Article 192, Part II of the Criminal Code which stipulates imprisonment for 3 - year term.
