Political parties, which are united in the movement " Protect the Constitution" have lunched public discussions of the constitutional amendments with meetings with the population. They have distributed flayers in front of the Metro Station " Rustaveli. and called on citizens, to engage in the campaign and to protect the right to elect president.

"This campaign will continue until there is a a threat . We have the right to elect our president. Since Georgia is independent, out people elects their president. Now the oligarch and his government want to deprive people this right,"- said Nika Rurua, Member of UNM"s political Council.

Giorgi Vashadze, a Chairman of Civil Platform - New Georgia has also attended the meeting.

"We have a very simple choice- we create constitutional guarantees to non-0formal government, or we wake up and realize a catastrophe, Georgian Dream prepares for us,"- said Vashadze.
