Irakli Kobakhidze spoke about the president"s powers.
"As for defense issues, it was said here that the country should have a commander-in-chief. The Country has and will have Supreme Commander-in-Chief . This will be the President of Georgia, but don"t let anybody to l lure you - Neither today is military force subjected to President, nor will be subjected tomorrow,"- said Irakli Kobakhdize.
According to the Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, the Security Council lacks any legitimate basis.
