Representatives of self-governments and Georgian Dream" activists were present at the general public discussion of constitutional amendments. Any criticism of the opposition was unacceptable for the participants of the meeting, and the responses of the majority were met with applause.

Public servants were invited to the meeting two days earlier. Among the invited guests were the employees of the City Hall who gave a miss to the work due to the meeting.

The majority avoided answering the questions after the meeting . The government`s messages were more memorable for some part.

As the majority of the audience were the supporters of the Georgian Dream , part of the non-governmental sector representatives could not ask questions.
