The first part of the discussion regarding constitutional amendments has reached Tbilisi as things get tough since people fill up the room with loud noises and for such reason it has not begun. The individuals argue that the constitution belongs to the people as they remember the tragic incident in Tkibuli and for such reason they won’t allow the spokesperson of the Parliament to speak. Meanwhile spokesperson representing the Parliament states the communism has begun in Georgia as the meeting is attended by students, non-governmental organizations, and representatives of political parties as the system of election is the topic of discussion.
