Another friend of the Georgian president`s daughter , Ana Margvelashvili, was detained by the police. President`s son-in-law, Mindia Gogochuri informed Rustavi 2 about it.

According to information obtained by Rustavi 2, Tornike Kacharava has been taken to the Police Department.

"I was to make a statement about the fact that they wanted to plant something on my friend Tornike Kacharava and at that time i recived a call and was told that some powder or some medicine, I do not know exactly what has been planted on him. Now, we are waiting to be told what was that. We all know exactly that he did not have anything. We received the information about this intention and that is why I wanted to make a statement, "- Anna Margvelashvili said.

Tornike`s uncle, Mamuka Tkeshelashvili commented on the detention of Tornike Kacharava.

 "In parallel, they entered my house, they did not show me anything,. I am the owner of the house. I was detained, I was in another department. Now, perhaps, they are thinking about how many pills they should plant. We have not been shown, but detention allegedly took place in the hospital yard, "- Mamuka Tkeshelashvili said.

 Kacharava`s lawyer states that the detainee is not aware of which drug the talk is about.

"The investigator explained that there is some powder, but he did not know the results of the expertise conclusion. Accordingly, the accused was unaware at all and learned from me that it is likely to be drugs, " - said lawyer Kakhaber Papava.

Anna Margvelashvili made a statement on March 21 in the talk show The Choice that Tornike Kacharava was threatened with planting drugs on him.She said that Kacharava did not leave the house because of the danger of detention.
