Lawyers of Father George Mamaladze will appeal against the decision made by the City Court on May 19. It is about the decision of Judge Besik Bugianashvili to expell the defence representatives from the trial on Friday.

Attorneys argue that they lrft session after the Archpriest`s request, which was also a symbol of protest. Later, the judge made a protocol on their expulsion and appointed the treasury attorney to the dean.

The attorneyswill visit Giorgi Mamaladze in the prison today. Attorneys are interested in what the Patriarchate`s lawyer`s allegation that the archpriest had a company in Spain and was planning a 50-million-euro transaction is based on.

 "I do not have this documentation, one of the clericshas it. If the person is willing, the documentation will certainly be given to interested parties," - said Edisher Karchava.
